It’s been rattling around my tiny mind for 2 years but we have finally brewed it, and I have to say it was worth the wait. Medieval Kenevil is our black lager and it’s an absolute cracker! Crisp and refreshing as you would expect from a lager, but the roasted malt adds an amazing depth of flavour that lifts it to another level. At 4.8% abv it is a good session strength and sure to keep you interested. Anyone dining with us looking for a suitable food pairing should try our Pork Wellington with black pudding and swiss chard. Medieval Kenevil will be available at Dancing Man from 5 o’clock this Friday (15th Nov).
