Hello people of the world!
I am very proud and pleased to say that our first anniversary is but a few weeks away, and in true DMB fashion we have a few treats in store for you all.
Friday the 26th Feb is our official birthday so we would like to invite all of you to join in the festivities! There will be live music from 6 o’clock, a snacky finger foody beery treat or two and a general feel good, hop fuelled knees up. All are welcome!
The Wednesday before (24th Feb) is our first annual beer and food pairing evening.
It will be hosted by myself (Aidan, Head Brewer) and our supremely talented new Head Chef, Jason Bellord.
Jason has come up with a fantastic beer inspired, 3 course set menu, and together we have paired the food with 3 great beers. The event will take place in the restaurant of The Dancing Man from 7 o’clock. Tickets are available from The Dancing Man and from Bitter Virtue as of the 2nd of February. Price £30 per ticket.

1st Annual Food and Beer pairing menu
To coincide with these two milestone events we will launch our first annual brew of Little Casino!
The counterpart to Big Casino, our flagship IPA, it is a Double IPA (IIPA) with a metric monkey tonne of some of the juiciest, fruitiest hops in the new world. It will only be available on keg from The Dancing Man so come on down and pucker up for the hop smack of a lifetime!
