Beer Cocktails

Hey Hey Hey! How’s it going? Fed up with the “new normal” yet? How about something completely abnormal? Something to spin your head in a different way altogether. I’m talkin’ BEER COCKTAILS!!! Proper Southern beer cocktails and they’ve got us buzzin’ around the brewery like a cola fuelled kid at a wedding. We have been playing around with some ideas for a while and we have settled on our 3 favourites. Here they are…

IIIIINNNN 1. MANGO HOODINI BELLINI

This elegant little number is a show stopper! Take a Venetian Prosecco Bellini, replace the peach puree with Dancing Man’s very own Mango Hoodoo (mango and maple sour beer), replace Venice with Southampton docks and there you have it! More sparkly class than Shirley glass!

IIIINNNN 2. MOLOVINE INTERVENGO

Forget your old school boiler maker. This is a modern classic 50/50 mashup. A third of a pint of our silky smooth Milk Stout mixed with a third of our Vanilla Milkshake IPA! Bovine Intervention plus Moloko Drengo = On the piss bliss!!!

AND BULLIES SPECIAL PRIZE…….. FRIDAY NITE BREAKFAST

Take a 25ml shot of coffee liqueur straight down, and slowly chase it with a third of a pint of Mango Hoodoo. As well as being an insane burst of breakfast goodness, it’ll also remind you of a psychedelic jazz Jaffa cake. What Hunter S. Thompson drinks on his yearly trip to Soton docks.
